Isnt it something that a greedy sibling can take advantage of nonlaws to have a severely incapacitated person (father) scribble on a downloaded power of attorney document to take control of that persons estate with the approval of a bank which with that same sribble would not allow you to cash a check.Then in the same weekend take the person out of their home and put him in a nursing home with strangers.
